In the most popular private house area in Mārupē, we tested our skills in construction and built two 1-storey private houses with a total area of 137 m2.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Only the highest quality finishing materials were used in the design.

• The initial project was changed to create high ceilings – 6m.

• Nowadays, private houses are built to be functionally usable, ensuring they meet modern requirements and are comfortable.

• Attention to detail was paramount in the design, and many elements were handcrafted.
