Renovation of the pre-war building apartment (first investment in 2015)

We purchased the property after a fire and restored everything that could be salvaged - the old wooden floors, tiled stoves, and other elements from that time. 

A large part of the design elements were handmade. We constructed the lamps ourselves, the curtains were crocheted, we poured concrete tiles and sinks, etc.
