The luxurious residence at 5 Baznīcas Street is situated by Esplanade Park in the very heart of the city, its every corner and nuance - from Art Nouveau stained glass in the staircases and windows to detailed ornaments on the facade - attests to its high cultural and historical value.

The building will offer apartments with high ceilings up to 4 meters, ranging in size from 15 to 250 square meters, spread across five floors in two buildings. Apartments will be available both with white finish and without.

The renovation of the building is scheduled to be completed in 2025, but reservations for apartments can be made now.
