The magnificent Šefela House at 5 Baznīcas Street is located next to Esplanade Park in the very heart of the city, and every corner and nuance of it - from the Art Nouveau stained glass in the staircases and windows to the detailed ornaments on the façade - reflects its high cultural and historical value.

It was built under the direction of architect F. Šefela in 1908, starting as a rental building, later transforming into the administrative centre of the University of Latvia. In recent years, it has been awaiting a new chapter, so there is currently a unique opportunity - the building's façade will be carefully restored, preserving the exquisite historical ornaments that give this house its charm.

The building at 5 Baznīcas Street will undergo renovation, including facade and stairwell repairs, roof and window replacements, installation of new engineering communications and electrical wiring, installation of heat and water meters, and refurbishment of the heating unit. Additionally, the courtyard of the house will be landscaped, creating a green square within.

The building will offer apartments with high ceilings of up to 4 meters, ranging in size from 15 to 250 square meters, located across five floors of two buildings. The apartments will be available both with white finishes and unfinished.

The renovation of the house is scheduled for completion in 2025; however, apartments can already be viewed and reserved (apartment layouts for the façade and courtyard houses can be viewed in the gallery).
