Pinewood Apartments

Pinewood Apartments is a residential complex located in the quiet Jaundubulti area, not far from the picturesque Jūrmala beach. This complex is designed to provide residents with a warm and comfortable living environment.

The construction of Pinewood Apartments uses the latest Austrian VST technology, a patented permanent formwork system. This ensures a favourable indoor climate, excellent sound insulation, and high fire resistance, certified internationally. The apartments have autonomous gas heating, convector batteries, parquet flooring, high-quality panoramic windows, and doors.

The complex offers various layouts, including 2, 3, and 4-room apartments with living areas ranging from 65 to 147 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with Villeroy & Boch plumbing and finished with natural marble. All accommodations have a bathroom with a bathtub, and three-bedroom apartments have an additional toilet. The premises are fitted with temperature control sensors and underfloor heating to enhance comfort.

On the third floor of the complex, there are rooftop terraces accessible from the apartment hallway or living room via wooden stairs designed in the Jūrmala Art Nouveau style. These terraces range from 67 to 120 square meters, providing residents with ample outdoor space.

Balkonies, terraces, and courtyards make up 42% of the total building area. The flooring of these outdoor spaces is made from a special terrace board, and the insulation layer meets the European standards set in Latvia, ensuring durability and comfort year-round.

Pinewood Apartments was commissioned in November 2018. The management fee is €0.90 per square meter.
