About the object
The apartments have a compact and well-thought-out layout, as well as a designer high-quality full finish created:

Each apartment has insulated, sound-absorbing metal exterior doors, with EI30 fire safety certificate (Porta Doors), high-quality interior doors, as well as a built-in closet in the hallway of the apartment.

About the object
We bought the property after the fire had broken out in the property. We restored everything that could be saved – old plank floors, tiled stoves and other elements of that historic time.
Many of the design elements were hand-made by our 1 37 team. We braided the lamps, crocheted the curtains, casted the concrete tiles and the sink, and did much more.

160m2 area, which was converted into 4 functional apartments
About the object
The total area of 160m², from which four 2-room apartments with an area of 34m² – 48m² were divided and created. The apartments were intended for rent, very successfully combining the functional layout with a modern design, increasing the value to the property to make it liquid.
Sold to an investor who bought all 4 apartments for rental purposes.
