In this project, the 1 37 Design Studio team carried out cosmetic repairs and enhanced the interior design, maintaining the property's exclusive and modern character.

The interior is dominated by light, neutral colours combined with high-quality marble imitation flooring and wall finishes, creating a luxurious yet harmonious atmosphere. The kitchen area is designed in a contemporary minimalist aesthetic with accent lighting.

The spacious bathroom features light natural stone textures, complemented by modern sanitary ware and a large mirror surface that visually expands the space.

The living room and bedrooms are enhanced with tasteful textile elements and elegant lighting, creating a warm and cosy ambiance.

The project highlights a sophisticated luxury interior, combining elegance with functionality.
