In the most popular private house area in Mārupe, we tested our skills in construction and built two single-storey private houses with a total area of 137 m2.

ACCOMPLISHED

• Only the highest quality finishing materials were used in the design.

• The original project was modified to create high ceilings – 6m.

• Nowadays, private houses are built to be functionally usable, so they are comfortable and meet modern requirements.

• Attention was paid to every detail in the design, and a large part of the elements were custom-made.
