The discovery of Benjamina Romances
In March, the long-awaited opening of the exclusive project of 1 37 Digital Agency, Benjamina Romances, took place. The building, constructed in 1898, has survived a century's turn and historical challenges, and has finally opened its doors to new residents.
Opening – the event and its course
Our concierge warmly welcomed guests at the entrance. As guests entered, the concierge guided them to the champagne express. Here, the guests felt as if they had travelled back to the 1930s when the house was home to the talented German philosopher and literary master Walter Benjamin. Glasses were clinked, and our agents Laura and Mārtiņš welcomed the guests, leading them to the apartments through the decorated corridors.
The house features 23 uniquely designed apartments. Ranging from cozy two-room to spacious four-room apartments, with sizes from 33 to 135 square meters. Each apartment impresses with its refined elegance and charm.
After touring the apartments, guests had the chance to try their luck at a prize wheel, where the prize pool included refreshing alcoholic beverages and a discount on property purchases. Each guest left with a prize.
Guests were shown a demo apartment. Here, they were greeted with delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. While guests shared their impressions and thoughts on what they saw and heard, they were pleasantly surprised by a musical performance by Naura Brikmanis and Valters Ošs. The musicians delighted the audience with captivating melodies, the harmony of which added an even more enchanting atmosphere to the evening.
Conclusion of the Evening
As conversations slowly began to die down and guests were filled with warm emotions, we said goodbye to one another, and the event came to an end.
