At the beginning of December, our company 1 37 Digital Agency also participated in the real estate professionals conference organized by the association "LANĪDA" in Cēsis. We successfully reaped the rewards in the City24 advertisement portal nomination for "The Most Rated Agent by Clients in 2022".

After several years of pause, the real estate conference gathered companies, agents, opinion leaders, and industry creators. It provided insights into how to operate in a time full of challenges, the development trends, and economic forecasts in real estate. Meanwhile, opinion leaders from various sectors actively discussed current topics such as - crisis, future clients, societal habits, housing development, and sustainability. Awards were also presented in the categories: New Agent of the Year, LANĪDA's Agent of the Year, Citadele's Agent of the Year, City24's Most Rated Agent, agent - social leader.

1 37 Digital Agency agent Mārtiņš Miezītis convincingly received the award, in our opinion, for the most important of the nominated categories - City24's Most Rated Agent by Clients in 2022. The evaluation function is only available to real clients who have purchased or rented any advertisements posted by the respective agent on the advertisement portal. It is a great pride that a young company with high-quality standards and excellent service can successfully compete with the object portfolios of well-known companies in society. A young agent, still not even 30 years old, having been in the real estate industry for just 7 years, has earned the appreciation of clients and colleagues with his work and pleasant communication style.
