The elegant Šefela house at 5 Baznīcas street is located beside the Esplanade park in the very heart of the city, and each corner and nuance — from the Art Nouveau stained glass in the staircases and windows to the intricate ornaments on the façade — testifies to its high cultural and historical value.

It was built under the guidance of architect F. Šefels in 1908, originally as a rental house, later transforming into the administrative centre of the University of Latvia. In recent years, it has been awaiting a new chapter, so there is currently a unique opportunity — the building's façade will be carefully restored, preserving the exquisite historic ornaments that give this house its charm.

The house at 5 Baznīcas will undergo renovation, including repairs to the façades and stairwells, replacement of the roof and windows, installation of new engineering communications and electrical systems, installation of heat and water meters, and restoration of the heat unit. Additionally, the inner courtyard of the house will be landscaped, creating a green square within it.

There will be apartments available in the house with high ceilings of up to 4 meters, with areas ranging from 15 to 250 square meters, spread over five floors in two buildings. The apartments will be available both with and without white finishing.
