Quadrus

The Quadrus, created by architect Didrihsons, is a symbiosis of unique architectural qualities and a perfect location. The exclusive quiet centre building contains only ten apartments – a guarantee of a pleasantly private and peaceful living space. The apartments are bright, spacious, and functional. Most of them have a balcony or outdoor terrace. Ranging in size from 63 to 108m². High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of the surrounding Quiet Centre streets and Viesturdārzs. Windows, balconies and terraces. Energy-efficient SCHUCO three-chamber window system. Natural wood decking on balconies and terraces, galvanized and painted metal railings, SPU insulation covered with PVC membrane.

Water supply, heating, ventilation. Central heating system provided by the city's heating networks, TECE Logo multi-layer pipes for both heating and water supply systems. Individual heat and water meters for each apartment. Ventilation air recovery unit for air exchange in each apartment.

Parking. An automatic BOX-PARKING type underground parking for eight cars is available for an additional fee.

Security. A closed-type project with 24/7 video surveillance. Access to the courtyard and building with a code key or intercom.

Quadrus is located in the most exclusive part of the historic center of Riga, also known as the Embassy district or Quiet Centre. In close proximity to three parks, Daugava promenade, as well as masterpieces of Art Nouveau architecture.
