Pinewood Apartments is a residential complex located in the quiet Jaundubulti area, not far from the picturesque Jūrmala beach. This complex has been designed to provide residents with a warm and comfortable living environment.

Pinewood Apartments features the latest Austrian VST technology in its construction, a patented permanent formwork system. This ensures a favourable indoor climate, excellent sound insulation, and high fire resistance, certified by international standards. The apartments are equipped with autonomous gas heating, convector radiators, parquet flooring, quality panoramic windows, and doors.

The complex offers various layouts, including 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments with living areas ranging from 65 to 147 square meters. Each apartment is fitted with Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware and finishes with natural marble. All accommodations have a bathroom with a bathtub, and three-bedroom apartments feature an additional toilet. The premises are equipped with temperature regulation sensors and underfloor heating to enhance comfort.

On the third floor of the complex, there are roof terraces accessible from the apartment’s hallway or living room via wooden stairs designed in the Jūrmala Jugendstil style. The sizes of these terraces range from 67 to 120 square meters, providing residents with ample outdoor space.

Balconies, terraces, and courtyards make up 42% of the total building area. The covering of these outdoor areas is made from special terrace boards, and the insulation layer meets the European standards set in Latvia, ensuring durability and comfort throughout the year.
